Commercial stainless steel chafing dish
This versatile commercial stainless steel chafing dish can be used with a fuel source or induction plate on the buffet, or dropped into a steam table. Your order comes with the chafer, food pan, water pan, fuel holder, and hinged lid with glass dome that locks open at 60° and 90°. The ingenious design of the lid collects condensation and recycles it into the water pan. This 4.8 quart chafer measures 17″ in diameter and 12″ tall, and is made from durable stainless steel for long life.
